hope less calculator… all calculators contains very simle and basic calculation, it does not contain any complex situation. a person with good knowledge of excel and subject basic understanding can do all this calculation at any time. only a dull persons require all this calculator.
Dear sir, If I get only income from the rent and it is monthly 14000/- from two persons 8000+6000 =14000 then which form I have to file also tell me if it is less than taxable income then fileing is necessary.

My maternal grandfather made a will according to which he gave entire first floor of the property to me. For the ground floor he mentioned in his will that me and my mama’s son are owners of it. Though actual demarkation of ground floor is not there as who own which part of the ground floor. For the ground floor i belive me and my mama’s son needs to go in for release deed together with proper demarking as who owns which part of ground floor. Though i am the owner of first floor as per will, I want to know if i can gift a part of first floor to my mama’s son according to the map, after demarking his area of possesion in the first floor.
What will be the gift tax and/or income tax liabilty for me and as well as for him ? I am from New Delhi and value of first floor property under his possesion is more than 50,000.00
when we attempt to open tds calculator the system saying that the compressed folder(zipped) is invalid or incorrect and cannot be opened please rectify the problem.even downloaded add .zip extension to these files and it will not able to open these using WINRAR or WINZIP. how to rectify this problem. and also which type of file these are (ex. .doc, .mp3 or .html)?

Thank you so much for various calseeeeeeee’s.
It works. All you have to do is unzip the downloaded files using RAR or zip program. Once unzipped, you get a windows file with no extension. Right click on file and click rename. Add extension .zip. This will now become a zip file. Unzip this file and you get the final excel file which will open in excel.
