In the above text we have read that one Chartered Accountant was involved in the Scam, the help of Chartered Accountant to such an Officer is not expected from any member of the esteemed Institute, the members of ICAI were not doing their work as per their Code of Conduct. This is because some of the high profile members think that they will not get affected by any of their mistakes as they are having good relations with the Descilplinery Committees and only because of this background they were signing any type of Reports without hesitation and without any Supporting documents/ evidence. The ICAI Descilplinery Committees should take corrective measures to avoid such events at the same time the Descilplinery Committees should punish such members by removing his anme from the Register of Members for a period of not less than Five Years and this only thing can prevent members to do any of such act. This is a great job done by CBI.

Let CBI and ACB to make raid all the officers of revenue department of Central & State Govt.(Income Tax, Custom, CTO,DGFT, SEZ) in a single month and belive me the money they will unearth will solve most of the infrastructing fund required by india. And may bring down corruption to considerable level.This will then reduce the black money generated by rich people. These officer are main culprit of generation of black money.
