It’s Useful tools and readily available. Really appreicated the effors put by developers and whole back office team. Also old in operative Forms need to be deleted.

I am looking for Clarification for below points under FEMA & RBI

1) Is it necessary to file a return under FEMA , if EOU company has received any Grant/Subisidy , if Yes suggest the Form No.
2) Is this necessary to Intimate to RBI on the above transaction.

FORM HAS CHANGED AS PER PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 151 DATED 26.02.2009.
